Each person copes with grief differently and our Bereavement Coordinator educates your family on what to expect during the first year after your loved one transitions. As a member of our Hospice family, loved ones may continue their grief support for up to 13 months after the transition of your loved one. Our Bereavement Coordinators offer the following services:
- Host grief workshops
- Conduct caregiver support groups
- Provide adult and children’s bereavement books
- Distribute grief support and holiday news letters
- Conduct annual Remembrance Community Memorial Service
